After studying European Textile Design at Bradford University, Sally returned to her love of textiles after many years collecting interesting fabrics. She combines hand-dyed fabrics, appliqué and free-motion embroidery to create colourful textile works.

Her work is inspired by the movement of the human figure and by nature.
