Mixed Media Art Workshop.

Date: Tuesday 30th September, 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Venue: RWA Gallery, 4 Market Street, Whaley Bridge SK23 7LP
Cost: £80 per person (limited to 4 people).

The subject:

Venice has long been a favourite subject for artists because of its unique setting and striking architecture. The city’s grand buildings, narrow canals, and arched bridges create views that are unlike anywhere else. What makes it especially interesting to paint is the way the light changes throughout the day with the reflections on the water.

In this small group workshops I’ll walk you through the fun process of creating mixed-media paintings, from sketching and adding texture to exploring collage, and painting with acrylics.

Whether you’re new to painting or more experienced, everyone is welcome! Forget about perfection and just enjoy the creative journey together. At the end, you can take home your finished painting.

All materials and refreshments included.

Please note we'll be using acrylic paints and inks so don't wear your best jumper and feel free to bring an apron.

Art Workshop Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before: Cancel anytime up to 2 weeks before your workshop for a full refund—no worries at all.
Less than 14 days before: We can’t offer refunds this close to the date, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or reschedule if space allows.
No-shows: If you don’t show up, we’re not able to refund or credit your booking.

If we cancel: Should we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to join us on another date.
